Dear SH Son Update FA report BFX-AT100 inspection report of 05 & 06-2023 update: •Critical 1. UI broken - UI Screen is unstable (broken) => * 1pcs => Co-work with RD, TE team, how to cover this issue at FATP. and Fii need customer confirm before we swap to verify SoC issue ? 2. Abnormal reboot after System hang up * 1pcs => Send NG sample to RD support analysis find out root cause. and We keep monitoring this issue on next build. • Minor HDMI Cable function NG* 1 pcs => . HI Son, We updated status as bellow: Critical 1. UI broken - UI Screen is unstable (broken) ==> Please swap U1 and proceed vender FA (Amlogic). If you have any delay with vender, Please let me know. I will push Amlogic TW . Fii feedback ==> OK, Many thanks, we got it. 3. Abnormal reboot after System hang up ==> Please update RD Taiwan analysis status. and let me know RD Taiwan contact person about this analysis Feedback from Fii: RD-Cooperkung confirmed, Amlogic vendor checked Log and suggest need swap SOC U1 for verify SOC issue, But on TW-RD site can not swap, so RD will send back that NG board to Viet Nam Fii for swap . Dear Choul Joung So sorry, Our QA still push the supplier to receive NG sample for analysis, but the supplier does not cooperate with us. We will feedback if have any update FA from Amlogic right away to you. Thanks Rachel |

Hi Son & Choul Joung, I notify to Amlogic and our QE team about expedite this FA process earlier, Our QE team will correct FA request form and sent it to Amlogic, After waiting for confirmation from Amlogic, it will provide the receipt information and then arrange for analysis. Hi Rachel Ruan, I send mail to Naomi, Guang and Toney earlier, Please check with them or Naomo for speed up correct FA request form, and sent it to CEC and Amlogic ASAP. Regards Cooper |
